It was a great feeling to get that FEDEX package. It was definately a surprise as I didn't expect it until Monday, November 21st, 2005 and it arrived three days earlier.

As for the spending, I just took a few days to look at the check several times and think about how close we came to not proving our case. We did very well as a team and with your direction and in part my lead chasing we finally were able to get it done.

You know I have spoken with several folks that have asked me for references on your company, and your ability to get a maximum return from whatever class action settlement they are involved in.

Without question, I gave you a 5 Star rating on all accounts. I believe, especially in my case, with your assistance we were able to get a very reasonable settlement that without your involvement would not have been realized. I've even told folks that without your assitance, our claim would have been rejected and we would have ended up with a big goose egg.

It seems that everyone I spoke with was concerned with the 33% fee and the method of payment. My response was simple, in my opinion Class Action Refund LLC is a reputable company that kept me well informed and focused with great attention
to detail. Payment of the settlement I recieved was never at issue or a concern.

As for the money, I put most of it in the bank at this point however, I did hold out a fair amount to buy you that steak dinner if you ever are able to visit out here.

Finally, my wife wanted me to pass on a comment to you. First she wanted to thank you for your work and support and as she wanted me to tell you "There is a God".
